This is Lauren's passport 18 days before we were about to leave for China. Why does everything have to happen to Lauren (her first week in Beijing she ordered a hamburger, but got a spaghetti dish instead)?? She really liked the
picture and in our rush to apply for another passport and Visa, we gave them an old picture that was not her favorite. She will have to carry around a passport with a photo she doesn't like for the next 10 years. The good news is that we were able to get another passport, a new letter of invitation from China, and visa with 3 days to spare!
