Church Firedrill

The police came by and required a Firedrill today at church. Here we are out on the front lawn of our church.

Fake Disney

This fake Disney Land had construction halted. Some say it was halted because of funding, but the international story is due to copyright infringement. You can see the skeleton of the landmark Disney castle on the far left in the haze.

Another similar theme park in beijing has a "Minnie Mouse" that the manager claims is a cat, not a mouse.

Tokyo Trip

No part of the shrimp is wasted... after eating the tails the head and legs are pressed flat and pan fried. Not the way we used to eat them Seadrift.

The emperor's palace with moate and bridge. The emperor is just a figure head these days but still lives in the palace.

Godzilla

Do you remember Godzilla? I visited Tokyo this week and saw her alive and well. I also ate some great Japanese Kobe steak.

Mountains

You can see the Mountains in the distance near our house.

Ice Skating

Elle and Leafe went ice skating a few weeks ago with brother/sister friends from their school.

Skiing at China Wanlong

Took Lauren & Leafe skiing this weekend at the Wanlong Ski Resort. All man made snow with about 20 runs, one highspeed lift and several slower lifts. Not crowded with Clear skies.
